I included pictures. I wasn't being disingenuous. WTF I'm I supposed to do? I haven't touched the thing since my mom bought it from Venture when it was clearing everything out in 1998. "Please advise.", what the hell? What am *I* supposed to do, give him a goddamn refund? Nope! Sorry for ranting but, I am just pissed.

two things you have to consider before even thinking about a refund:

Did you include pictures of everything he's complaining about?

Did you state the item was sold "as is"?

If yes to both of those, you have all the right to tell him to go fuck himself. Even if he sends the case to eBay buyer protection, with those disclaimers and the pictures you have a good defense.

Don't 'advise'. Just delete the email, and move on to another buyer.

They didn't buy anything from you yet, correct? Since they wanna be a picky dick about the whole transaction, just move on to someone else. You've done everything you can for them. If they continue to harass you, just keep deleting emails until they take the fucking hint. Don't like the item? Don't buy it. You can get it for cheaper elsewhere? Then quit wasting your time with me and go buy that.

I wouldn't do it, let him complain, go to eBay or whatever. To be honest it sounds like a scam. If he is all up about a collectors item, then he should have done his homework, contacted you and requested more pictures. All you have to say is that you did not notice them, and probably happened during shipping. It sucks but, it isn't your fault he didn't do his homework. If I was buying a sealed game with intent just to have it in a collection, I would be requesting a high res picture from every single angle.
